Privacy policy

This policy is applied by Bogoljub Zec PR veb portali BZ Development Temerin ("we"), as the data controller under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, which is aligned with the GDPR.

What we collect

Only what you send us yourself through the contact form on this site:

• Name: so we know who we are talking to
• Email: so we can reply
• Company: only if you enter it, not required
• Message: what you tell us about your business

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data: identity numbers, health information, card numbers. Please do not put them in the message.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your message and to carry on the conversation about the work you started. The legal basis is your consent, given by sending us the message, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

We do not send newsletters, we do not send advertising, and we do not call you afterwards if the conversation ends. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Who else sees your data

Messages from the form are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. The transfer is encrypted (HTTPS).

Beyond that, only Bogoljub Zec has access. There is no team, no subcontractor and no agency the messages get forwarded to.

How long we keep it

• If nothing comes of it: the message is deleted no later than one year after the last exchange.
• If you become a client: we keep the data for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require (ten years for billing records).

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and does not track your behaviour. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad network and no tool that recognises a visitor between two visits. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to ask about.

Nothing loads from anyone else's server. Fonts, images, animations and all the code sit on our own server and are served from the same address as the page itself. There is no external content delivery network, no embedded third-party frames, and therefore no third-party server that quietly sees your IP address along the way.

If we ever introduce visitor measurement, we will use a tool that does not rely on cookies, or we will ask for your consent before anything loads. Either way, this page will be changed first.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you
• ask for inaccurate data to be corrected
• ask for your data to be deleted
• withdraw the consent you gave
• lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection

One email to bogoljub@bzdev.io is enough for any of these. We reply within 30 days, and in practice the same or the next day. We do not ask why you want your data deleted.
