Someone answers when the site breaks.

Backups, updates, certificates and uptime are watched every month, and small text or image changes are included rather than quoted. You stop thinking about the site, which is the entire point of paying for this.

Who it is for

When this makes sense

Anyone who owns a working site and does not want to think about backups, certificates or updates again. Also companies whose previous developer stopped replying, which is the most common reason people arrive here.

Typical timeline: Ongoing, month to month. Work starts the week you decide.

Nobody answers when it breaks

The site goes down on a Friday and the person who built it has moved on, changed number, or takes a week to reply. Meanwhile customers see an error page and assume you closed. The cost is not the repair, it is the days nobody told you.

It rots quietly

Nothing announces that a certificate is about to expire or that a backup has been failing for two months. It surfaces the day you need it, and by then the last good copy is gone. Watching for that is dull work, which is exactly why it does not get done.

Small changes turn into projects

A new price, a new phone number, one photo. Work worth ten minutes becomes an email thread, a quote and an invoice, so you stop asking and the site slowly stops matching the business.

What the price covers

No hidden items. If something you need is not listed, you get the figure for it before the work happens, not on the invoice.

  • Backups taken and verified, not just scheduled and assumed
  • Software and security updates applied and checked afterwards
  • TLS certificate renewal before it expires, not after the browser warns
  • Uptime monitoring, so a site that goes down is noticed by us first
  • Small text and image changes included: new price, new phone number, new photo
  • A person who replies, usually the same day
  • Monthly note on what changed and what, if anything, needs attention
  • Cancel any month, no notice period, no lock-in

How it goes

Your part fits in one sentence

Here is exactly what happens between the first call and the site going live, and what is asked of you at each step.

  1. 01

    Review

Before anything monthly, we look at what you have: hosting, backups, certificate, software versions, speed and accessibility. You get that assessment in writing, including an honest answer if the site is beyond sensible repair.

Your part: Send us the address and access.

  2. 02

    Handover

We take over monitoring and updates, and set up backups that are verified rather than merely scheduled. Nothing about your hosting or domain ownership changes.

Your part: Nothing. This part is ours.

  3. 03

    Every month

Updates applied and checked, certificate renewed before expiry, uptime watched. Small text and image changes done as they come in, usually the same day.

Your part: Email what you want changed.

  4. 04

    Monthly note

A short note on what changed and what, if anything, needs attention. No dashboard to log into and no report you have to interpret.

Your part: Read it, or ignore it.

Questions

What people ask first

What counts as a small change?

Text edits, price updates, swapping a photo, adding a staff member, changing opening hours. Anything that takes under roughly half an hour is included in the monthly fee. Larger work is quoted separately, and you get the figure before it starts, not on the invoice.

Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Yes, and it is a large part of this work. We start with a review of what is there: hosting, backups, certificate, software versions, speed and accessibility. You get that assessment before committing to anything monthly, including an honest answer if the site is beyond sensible repair.

What happens if the site goes down?

Uptime monitoring notifies us, usually before anyone else notices. We restore from the most recent verified backup and tell you what happened and why. There is no ticket queue to wait in, because there is no ticket system, just a person.

Can I cancel?

Any month, without a notice period. The domain is in your name, the hosting account is yours and the code is yours, so nothing is held back to make leaving painful. A maintenance arrangement that needs a contract to hold on to a client is not worth having.

Is maintenance included when you build the site?

It is offered, not bundled in without asking. A new site needs very little in its first months, so paying for maintenance from day one is often not worth it. We say when it starts making sense.

Half an hour on a call.
Costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Describe what the business does and what is going wrong. You get what we would do, how long it would take and what it would cost.
